Set near Arden Fair Mall, with "easy access to freeways" leading into Downtown, this "comfortable" high-rise boasts a "friendly" staff that runs a "shipshape operation", from the "efficient check-in" to the "spacious", "immaculate rooms"; there's plenty of "convenient parking" too, but less enthralled respondents find things a bit "shabby when you look up close" and decry the "expensive" dining.

I liked the location, quiet.
No movies in the room, must be bought.
The room decor is very inviting, nice quiet setting, if you just need time to relax and think things over, a perfect get away.

Very little to find fault with. The room is very neat but not as spacious as some in the same star rating.

they charge for internet -- who does that anymore???
Nice hotel, quiet, good location, pleasant staff. Unfortunately for guests and staff alike, they hit you with a stiff internet useage charge, which is of course not apparent when you book.
